Delete your account

This page is for AXVERSE AI (the website app.axversemedia.com and the AXVERSE AI Android app), operated by AXVerse Media.

How to ask for deletion

1. Email contact@axversemedia.com from the Google account email you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my AXVERSE AI account".
2. We reply to confirm it is really you (we only act on requests from the account's own email address).
3. We delete the account within 30 days and email you when it is done.

You can also start this from inside the app: Settings → Privacy → Delete your account.

What is deleted

• Your account: name, email address and profile photo.
• Your workspace, if you are its only member, and your credit balance. Unused credits are not refunded when you ask for deletion.
• Your creations: the videos and images, their prompts and settings, and any photos or videos you uploaded.
• Notification settings and the devices registered for push notifications.

What is kept, and for how long

• Payment records (amount, date, payment reference, receipt number) are kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires, usually up to 8 years. They are not used for anything else.
• Reports of offensive content you sent or that were made about your creations may be kept for up to 1 year for safety reasons.

Creations are already deleted automatically after their storage period even if you keep your account.
