Every video or image uses credits. The price is shown on the Generate button before you press it, so there are no surprises. You can buy a credit pack or pick a monthly plan, and spend the credits on any model. See Pricing for the plans, the packs and what each model costs.

Every video or image uses credits from your balance. The number is shown on the Generate button before you press it, so there are no surprises.

A plan adds a set of credits to your balance for 30 days from the day you pay. They are used before your other credits, and any unused plan credits expire when the plan ends. A plan does not renew by itself unless you turn on auto-pay (UPI AutoPay or card): otherwise nothing is charged unless you pay again on the Billing page, and paying while a plan is running adds another 30 days. Credits from credit packs are not affected when a plan ends.

Open Billing and press Turn off auto-pay, or cancel the mandate in your UPI or banking app. Nothing more is charged after that, and the plan you already paid for keeps working until it ends.

Packs are priced in US dollars and paid in Indian rupees (UPI, cards or netbanking) at that day's exchange rate. The exact rupee amount is shown on the payment page before you pay.

Yes. If you have a coupon code, type it in the coupon box on the Billing page and press Apply before you pay. It adds bonus credits on top of the pack you buy, once per workspace. A coupon needs a purchase; it does not give free credits on its own.

Credits normally appear within a minute of a successful payment. Refresh the Billing page first. If they are still missing, email us within 7 days with your registered email and the payment reference from your receipt, and we will add them or refund the charge. See the Refund & Cancellation policy.

The credits it used are returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to contact us.

Images usually take under a minute and videos one to three minutes. You can leave the page: your creation is saved under My Creations, and if you switch to another tab we change the tab title (and show a notification if you allowed it) when it is ready.

Under My Creations. There you can play or download each one, search your prompts, delete what you do not need, use a prompt again, or send an image to another model as its reference. Files are kept for 14 days, so download what you want to keep.

Yes, on any model that shows a reference image box. Use a JPG, PNG, WebP or iPhone HEIC photo (other common formats work too), up to 25 MB: we convert it and shrink very big ones automatically. We check the size before uploading, so you will know straight away if it is too big.

Upload a photo of your character (head, shoulders and body visible) and a motion video (MP4 or MOV, 3 to 30 seconds, up to 100 MB) that shows the movement you want. The character performs that movement. It comes in two versions: Kling 3.0 (newer) and Kling 2.6 (the same idea at a lower price). It is priced per second of the motion video, and the price is shown before you generate.
