  • Content you create or upload while using the platform, including prompts, generated text, images and videos, and campaign or client data you enter.
  • Billing information processed by our payment partner (Razorpay) — we do not store your card, UPI, or bank details ourselves.
  • Basic usage data (log-in times, feature usage, device/browser type) used to keep the service reliable and secure.

2. How we use it

  • To operate your account, workspace, and the features you use (AI content generation, campaign management, billing, etc.).
  • To process payments and maintain your credit/subscription balance.
  • To send account-related notifications (billing receipts, low-credit warnings, security alerts).
  • To improve the reliability and functionality of the platform.

3. Third-party services

Certain features call third-party AI providers (for text, image, and video generation) and our payment processor (Razorpay) to function. Data needed to fulfil your request — such as a prompt you submit — is sent to the relevant provider solely to generate that result. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We retain account and content data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to comply with legal obligations. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
