These Terms & Conditions govern your use of AXVerse AI, a platform operated by AXVerse Media (a sole proprietorship based in India). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

AXVerse AI is a workspace for managing AI influencer personas, generating content (text, image, and video) with AI providers, and running promotion campaigns and client billing. Some features consume "credits", which are deducted from your workspace balance as you use them.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be legally able to enter into a contract to use the service.

3. Acceptable use

• You may not use the platform to generate content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or violates a third party's rights.
• You are responsible for the content you generate and how you use it, including on any social platform you publish it to.
• You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the platform or its underlying AI providers.

4. Billing

Paid plans and credit packs are billed in INR through our payment partner, Razorpay. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.

5. Third-party AI providers

Generation features rely on third-party AI providers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or output of those third-party services, though we aim to surface failures clearly rather than silently.

6. Termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, AXVerse Media is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
