These Terms & Conditions govern your use of AXVERSE AI, a platform operated by AXVerse Media (a sole proprietorship based in India). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

AXVERSE AI is a studio for creating videos and images with AI models from third-party providers. Generating content consumes "credits", which are deducted from your workspace balance as you use them.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be legally able to enter into a contract to use the service.

3. Acceptable use

• You may not use the platform to generate content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or violates a third party's rights.
• You are responsible for the content you generate and how you use it, including on any social platform you publish it to.
• You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the platform or its underlying AI providers.

4. Billing

Credit packs are priced in US dollars and paid in Indian rupees (INR) through our payment partners (Cashfree), converted at the exchange rate on the day of purchase. The exact rupee amount is shown on the payment page before you confirm. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.

Monthly plans are priced and paid the same way. A plan adds a fixed number of credits to your workspace for 30 days from the payment. Plan credits are used before any other credits and expire at the end of the plan period; unused plan credits are not carried over or refunded. A plan does not renew automatically unless you turn on auto-pay when you buy it: otherwise nothing is charged unless you choose to pay again, and paying while a plan is running extends it by another 30 days. Credits bought in credit packs are not removed when a plan ends.

Auto-pay. If you choose auto-pay (UPI AutoPay or card, through Cashfree), you authorise the same rupee amount, shown on the payment page when you sign up, to be charged when you sign up and then every 30 days until you cancel. The amount is fixed at sign-up and does not change with the exchange rate. Each successful charge adds the plan's credits and 30 days. You can turn auto-pay off at any time on the Billing page or in your UPI or banking app; a plan you have already paid for keeps working until it ends, and nothing further is charged after you cancel. If a charge fails, no credits are added and the plan simply ends on its date unless you pay again.

5. Third-party AI providers

Generation features rely on third-party AI providers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or output of those third-party services, though we aim to surface failures clearly rather than silently.

6. Termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, AXVerse Media is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
